Im an international student and will be applying to UM through Legacy Application. After entering my information on their page a couple of months ago, today I received a letter which is curious because I live in Panama in Latin America.
The last two paragraphs read as follows
``Through your college search, please consider us a resource. We encourage you to contact our admission staff at miami.edu/ug/contact.
Why choose the U? For an education that will inspire you, shape you, and broaden your horizons. Peel back the layers to discover the academic opportunities and culture found only at the U´´
Does the fact that they sent me this letter improve my chances of being accepted? Taking into account of course I am going Legacy and Early Decision.
