Has anyone got accepted into Isenberg School of Management yet or anyone in state??
I’m instate and I have a friend who called admissions the other day…they said that instate decisions would not be released until this upcoming week.
@iamreadytogo I was wondering the same thing about nursing majors. The criteria to get into nursing is much higher than to get into most other majors there.
@jonmelillo My son got into Isenberg but we are OOS.
@lisag519 I think that’s why it may take longer to hear back for those who applied for Nursing. The rep who visited my school recently said there were only 64 spots this year for the major, definitely intimidating!!!
Really hope this upcoming week means starting on Monday!
@iamreadytogo only 64?!?! Wow that makes me nervous.
Has anyone been accepted into the art school yet/know if they release their decisions at a certain time every year?
I’m so nervous! I’m applying to nursing and I’m not sure if i have the stats to get in!! 1480 sat (710 english 770 math) 3.7 uw gpa, 4.3 w gpa. I’m also a legacy and instate so idk if that will help me…I’m so anxious to hear!!!
Unfortunately being a legacy does nothing at UMass. I am an alum but that doesn’t help my son’s chances at all. I wish it did!
DD got in Hospitality OOS
Instate decisions realsed this week meaning the first batch of in state or all the in states?
Anyone know when we will be hearing back about Engineering? in-state
what major in Isenberg? and do you mind sharing his stats?
@cgjunior3 First batch. It could take till January to find out for some.
Isenberg is Business.
Still waiting on in-state nursing for my son. Hoping they are looking for diversity = more men in their program! Heard Nursing the most difficult to get into with about a 12% acceptance rate which nearly rivals the Ivys!
@jonmelillo I assume you are looking for my son’s stats:
GPA: 3.75
ACT: 32
OOS
Lots of EC’s, NHS, BHS on the board for two of his clubs, etc

@iamreadytogo Wow, only 64? That’s a really small number!
Accepted into Sports Management program
SAT- 1290
GPA- 3.54 (school doesn’t calculate our weighted gpa for us)
