umass or uconn or binghamton what say for public health. Decisions are coming close and i am still torn. financial is the same in all
UMass, penn state and michigan state for CS. Also considering some LACs with 3-2 program with Columbia and Caltech. Penn state is 10k/year more expensive than the other two. I am not able to decide upon them.

I heard if you call and promise you WILL attend, and if you are also willing to switch your major to something else less in demand (switch back later) it can help. Good luck!
