Applying to Isenberg with my first choice being accounting and second being economics, planning to double major.

I am also in state and planning on applying early action.

Your ECs look great!! Try working to get your gpa to at least a 3.4 and the SAT to around a 1350-1400 and you should be fine

I am in state applying to the Zoo also. I do DECA too actually! That being said, you should get into UMass (Target) but Isenburg is definitely a reach, it is very competitive.
