I’m so anxious to find out! I submitted my application early thinking that I would be one of the first to hear back but turns out I’ll probably be one of the last…

is it just me or is umass amherst stingy with scholarships

they are stingy

@nwahs21 when did you apply?

@Ibad96 I applied around October 20th I believe. I figured most people would be applying right before the deadline which I believe was November 1st. I applied as a nursing major which I know is one of the most competitive so I’m not sure if they might have needed more time to consider my application or not. Just figures that UMASS is my top school and it’s the one that’s making me wait so long!

@nwahs21 I applied on August 1st as a Management major (which is also highly competitive) so it may be the same for me. UMASS is also my top choice, and I’ve made sure that they know as well. Which state are you from?

@Ibad96 wow that is early! I’m from MA.

@nwahs21 ah. Jersey boy here! What makes UMASS your first choice?

@Ibad96 I just love how its a huge school yet you can make it feel like a small school if you want. They also have an awesome and competitive nursing program too which obviously is awesome for me. Anyway, I guess I’ll be back to running and checking the mail again tomorrow.

@saggygangsta (LOL at your username) I’m instate.
