UMASS Amherst?

<p>Hi guys;
I just want to ask you guys about my chance to get in UMASS Amherst?
First of all I am from Turkey and I am attending to high-ranked private high school with %100 education scholarship for 2 years in Arizona.
I am not really high academic student, but I a trying my best to improve
TOEFL: 83
ACT: 23 (I am taking one more)
GPA: 3.67 (Got some IB classes so it will get higher on 4 base)
I am the founder of the Web Development Club with 18 students and 3 faculty for 2 years...
I am a photographer and 2 of my photos were displayed in an international exhibition (I have certificate)...
I have certificate and a medals from different computer science competitions in Turkey...
I played football (JV)
I am living in dorm and I am currently participating in dorm council
I am playing in ppband, drumline , and concert band for 2 years.
(I also applied to ASU, Drexel)

<p>Hey do you know if UMass Amherst gives any financial aid to international students? Even I’m applying to UMass Engineering and I’m in a tight budget so financial aid will really help. Thanks in advance.</p>

I don’t think they have financial aids, but they give scholarships (merit based for international) for sure :)</p>

<p>So i have 3.75 cummulative GPA a 1650 in the SAT and 98 in the TOEFL is there any chance for merit based scholarship for me?</p>
