<p>What are the odds of a transfer getting on campus housing?</p>
<p>Any suggestions for off campus places to consider or avoid?</p>
<p>If Off-campus I would avoid baltimore city. UMBC gives a higher priority over students who live farther away and students that live closer are given the lesser.</p>
