UMBC VS UMUC VS Towson University - which is the easiest?

I'm currently an undergrad at UMBC with an IS major. I'm having a hard time and want to get out of college as fast as possible with a degree that will help me in the long term. My goal is to end up in IT, starting with a junior job and eventually ending up with a six figure income, either as a Software Engineer/Developer or a System Admin.

Should I stick to an IS major? It would be hard for me and time confusing and I probably cousldn't do a lot of classes and slow.

Or should I go with a BTA (Business Technology Administration) major? This would definetly be easier; I've neem to BTA classes and I can do well in those without even trying and I can definetly have a degree in my hands in a year.

If I do BTA I've also looked at a Software Engineering Masters at UMUC and Towson Univesity. Are these easier than a CS undergrad degree at UMBC (specially the UMUC one)? Or should I just go back doing a CS undergrad degree at UMBC? I initially started off as a CS major at UMBC but that didn't go so well because I had never seen real code in my life (I had seen HTML and that about it), but than I taught myself Java and did well in the IS programming classes. I've always thought that in-person classes are easier than online ones because professors are soemtimes more lenient and generous in their grading, with online classes at UMUC I don't know if that still happens, but if the class is easy and straightforward than it doesn't really matter how the person grading it is; and if the UMUC classes have video lectures and just study material on a website and no physical book than it should definetly be more doable for me (specially if it's just all video lectures, but I don't know if that's what they have).
