UMCP vs Purdue

Hi, Guys!
Recently I have received admits from both UMCP and Purdue. They cost me 53K and 47K p.a respectively. Money is no constraint.
I am planning to major in CS.
I am in a fix while deciding which college to attend. Both are placed neck-to-neck in terms of Faculty, Pay-Scale, Job-Fair, Research etc.
Weather, Social Life, Student Groups, etc may be considered as secondary factors.
How rewarding are the BS degrees from these 2 institutions?
I have heard that Purdue is kinda more social, and enjoyable for international students.
But with UoMaryland’s ‘New-CS Building’, and stuff I see a lot of blooming opportunities in future.

I am interested in going in for a BS+MS Dual Degree Program. UMCP’s CS Program for both BS and MS is ranked higher than Purdue. But Purdue has a ‘Job placement’ magnet reputation.

So I just wanted to know your opinion guys.If possible, please list down the Pros of attending UMCP over Purdue and vice-a-versa.
And then pass an overall judgment.

Some guidance will surely help me.

I don’t think there’s a lot of difference between the two in terms of quality (regardless of what the rankings say). Pick one that offers courses to your liking. I think the cost of UMD is lower than what you’ve stated, on par with Purdue.

Purdue probably has an overall edge in STEM, but I think they are peers overall.

Purdue has a slight cost edge of about $25k.

I think you should read up on campus environments and vibes and visit them if you can. If they’re still tied, slight edge to Purdue on cost and slight STEM edge.
