Why is there such a huge disparity between your SAT scores, course rigor, and GPA?

I mean getting a 5 on AP Calculus BC is definitely not something someone with a 2.5 GPA would do from my POV, and you’ve passed 3 other AP exams. I’d say its definitely a reach for you despite your scores, you might want to try a different campus of UMD or try at your local CC to improve and then transfer after a little bit if you get into one of their other campuses like Baltimore or something then you definitely would have a better shot transferring your sophmore year
