UMD College Park and/or UMBC?

READ ME PLEASE >>>>>Tr= Transfer. Any class highlited with * means it’s a quarter class<<<<<
Hi everyone this is my first post, I’d like to know if I could get into the 2 colleges that I mentioned above, so here’s my situation:
I’m an upcoming senior in Carroll County, MD. I moved from Spain before I started my sophomore year in the U.S and I’d like to say that my English is pretty good.
Grades:
-Freshman year (in Spain I had worse grades than in the U.S, I went to a competitive school and we had 11 classes that weren’t separated into semesters like here, you’ll notice the difference in difficulty when you see my spanish and my american grades):

Tr Bio 1= B Tr World Geography= A Tr Physical Education= B Tr Art= C Tr Conceptual Physics= B
Tr Social Studies= A Tr English 9= A Tr Spanish 2= B Tr Conc Algebra= A Tr German 1= B Tr Foundations of Tech= C

-Sophomore year (when I came to the U.S, first semester was a bit hard bc I didn’t know much English)
English 10= B Government= A Hon Bio 1= A Chem 2= A
Hon Geo= A Team Sports= A Health 1= B Hon Spanish 3= A Hon Algebra 1= A

-Junior Year
AP Physics 1= A AP Chem= A Hon Spanish 4= A AP Spanish Lang= A
Hon English 11= A Hon Trig= A Hon Algebra 2= A Hon US History= A

And this is my schedule for next year:
AP Calc AB and BC, AP World, AP Stat, AP Lang, Financial Literacy, Hon Earth and Space science, AP Environmental Science, Honors Science Research 1.

Sat scores (New format): 1380. Math= 740. Reading= 32. Writing= 32. Which translates into a 640 in the English section. (Currently waiting for the last SAT that I took, from which the scores will be released on 7/21/16).
Weighted GPA: Counting the transfer GPA 3.8571, without counting it around 4.35.
Unweighted GPA: 3.5893, without counting the transfer GPA around 3.9.
I’m taking the TOEFL on August 2nd, but there is no doubt that I’ll get a good score on it.

Extracurriculars:
3 years in Spanish club (one year as Secretary and next year as VP)
2 years in Mu Alpha Theta (max number of years) (also known as Math NHS)
2 years NHS (max number of years)
2 years in Science HS (max number of years) (Basically a science club with relatively high standards, Secretary next year0
JV Soccer: Sophomore year
Varsity Soccer: Junior (and working on senior year)
3 Week internship at a multinational Engineering company called Knorr-Brake in Westminster, MD. This internship is usually available only to Sophomores and Juniors in college so I think it looks good in my curriculum.
Around 60 hours of peer tutoring in Math and Spanish

I want to study electrical engineering but I think my transcript from Spain screwed me up a little bit to get directly in the Clark School of Engineering. I’d rather go Undecided in UMD than UMBC, money is not a problem. I’m currently a U.S permanent resident (I have a Green Card) and I’ll apply as Hispanic/Spanish Origin during early action (deadline Novemeber 1st).

I guess this is everything you guys need to know, any idea if I have a chance to get into UMD or UMBC?.

To anyone who has read the whole post

Thank you for your time and have an amazing day!

Just based on your GPA and extracurricular activities, I believe you are almost guaranteed a spot in UMBC. UMCP can be a mixed bag, but your scores are good so you have a good chance of getting in. Engineering is a tough field to get into at UMCP, and many students who applied for engineering at UMCP from my graduating class got wait-listed and rejected. I would strongly advise you to apply early decision to better your chances, especially at UMCP. I wish you all the luck and hope you get into the colleges of your choice.

Edit: Got my reports from the SAT and I got a 760 on math and 660 on reading on my last SAT
