UMD or UNC?

<p>Help! I need to make a decision by next week about UMD or UNC. I think UNC has the better school for communications, and I know people love it there, but I like UMD's proximity to my home, the fact that I'll know people there (I'm a transfer) and that it is near Washington/Baltimore.</p>
