which would be better for a career in finance, an economics degree from Maryland or Northeastern?

Northeastern has a Co-op program that can be very good for placing you with a job. However, if you’re instate at Maryland I wouldn’t pay the extra cash to go to NEU. My friend who is a finance major at Maryland said that most people he knows with that degree work for Big 4 accounting firms. I would imagine your opportunities are very similar from both schools, with Maryland placing better in DC and NEU placing better in Boston.
