Main appeal of Northeastern would be the co-op centered curriculum. But even for someone who really wants to do co-ops, the extra cost you are looking at does not seem worth it, especially when UMD encourages optional co-ops: Internships, Co-ops, Employment | Undergraduate Computer Science at UMD
If you’re price sensitive and you’ve got a selection of great CS schools as you do, the cheapest is probably going to win most of the time unless the price difference is minimal or there’s some crazy fit factor to make the expensive option worth it.
I would phrase the question this way in your case: why not UMD? There would need to be a good answer to that.
