I have been accepted to university of Maryland college park and University of Delaware in honors programme. I am going to be studying civil engineering. What should be my decision? Which is better out of the two?

Engineering is one of UDel’s strong points + honors is an added bonus. So, I’d say UDel. 
I don’t think you can go wrong but I give UMD’s Engineering an edge over Delaware’s. UMD is going to have more of a diverse population, and is close to DC and an international airport.
