<p>So I was accepted to all of these schools, recieving 2k from UMD( and being placed in honors ), 9k from UDEL, and 4k from TCNJ, but Im pretty torn on where to go.
Its mainly between UDEL and UMD I think because I preferred a big school with sports to cheer for, more things to do, bigger greek life, and all that</p>

I will be majoring in Biology, and unsure what, but I want to minor also.</p>

<p>My D got into UMCP and Delaware, as well. I don’t know anything about College of New Jersey. She is pretty certain that she will go to Maryland. The things that she really likes about it are its proximity to a great city and its academic reputation. She will also be a biology major and she likes the idea that there will be lots of opportunity for internships in the DC and Baltimore area. She liked Delaware, too but really fell in love with Maryland when we saw it. The other thing to consider is that a biology major at UMCP is a limited enrollment program so if you got into that major it has more prestige than elsewhere.</p>
<p>We need to see what financial aid the schools offer before she decides but she is definitely leaning toward Maryland. Good luck with your decision!</p>
<p>Congrats on your acceptances. I know TCNJ is extremely strong in the sciences. But, in keeping with EPTR and UMD’s limited enrollment for bio (strong program), plus your love for larger schools, UMD sounds like a good fit.</p>
