awesome! thanks , really appreciate it

Hey! Your extracurriculars are def good for both regular undergrad and the BS/MD programs. So your main focus should be to try to maintain your GPA and get a higher ACT score and Bio SAT ( your math 2 score is good, but retake only if you feel you can do significantly better!).
Okay so:
Ohio State - safety ( scholarships possibly)
UChicago - reach for anyone because it’s one of those those that isnt an ivy but is just as hard to get into. Also, if you ever looked at their essays they are very creative so the school looks for whitty people.
University of Rochester (UR?)- low reach
JHU- reach
Cornell University- low reach, but depends on what school you are applying to… i am assuming college of arts and sciences.
Case western- target
Cinniati BS/MD- good chance… May I also suggest that you apply to University of Connecticut BS/MD. The programs are similiar and your stats are on target for both! http://medicine.uchc.edu/prospective/babs_md/</a>
NEOMED- average ACT composite is 30.4 and sat composite 1343, so just get your ACT up!!! And your SAT reading and math is high enough… So match!!
UMiami BS/MD and Drexel BS/MD- i would say both are equally as hard to get into… And very difficult for anyone but great programs… Give it a try!

Good luck!!!

thanks for the suggestions! yah in general all bs/md programs r pretty challenging, but i think i have a good shot at NEOMED cuz im a ohio resident, but im really hoping i dont have to go there haha and ill def look in to connecticuts bs/md program

thanks for chancing me
your SATs are a little low for some of the top schools but if you can get past those, your ECs will be fine

UMiami - match
UChicago - reach
Johns Hopkins - reach
Cornell - low reach
Drexel - low match
U of Cincinnati - safety
Ohio State University - safety
Case Western - safety

Thanks! But just know tht for miami drexel and cincinnati im applying for bs/md which is a lot more selective

I believe the Miami program also involves an interview. It’s hard to just get the interview and even harder to get chosen after the interview.

You’ll get into Miami just fine but I’m not sure about the HPME program. If you don’t get in, they have a medical scholar’s program which you apply for after freshman year if you have a 3.5 gpa. It’s a 7 year med program, really cool, you should check it out. I am very intersted in it.
