UMiami chances?

My dream school at the moment (because it's always changing) is University of Miami. What are my chances with:
3.8 GPA
Rigorous schedule (2 aps jr year, 4 aps sn year)
Highly involved in theater/drama club (hold awards from CDA- Connecticut Drama Association)
28 ACT score (30 English, 31 Reading, 25 Math and Science :/)

I'd obviously prefer if someone credible could evaluate my chances for me, ie. accepted/current student or parent of. It would also be a great help to tell me what I'm missing or need to improve.

Thank you!

P.S. I’m very unsure of my major. In a perfect world I’d go for the BFA or BA acting. In a realistic, logical world I’d go for premed or business or something (#opportunityproblems). Does it look better if I have a set major even if I contemplate changing it once/if I’m accepted?

To be honest, I’m about to be a high school senior myself, so sorry if I’m not THE most reliable person haha BUT the good news is, if I didn’t look so far away, I’d be considering UMiami myself! So I HAVE looked into it.

The good news is, your stats are similar to mine, and I’ve been told I’d be a decent candidate for it. Of course, decent doesn’t equal guaranteed. But if your interest in theatre is as strong as I think it is, it’d be a nice boost to your app, and worth mentioning in an essay or something. Your GPA is good. ACT, I’m not 100% on only because I know more along the lines of the SAT. (I did take the ACT and got a 27 but I’ll be mentioning my SAT instead.)

The more rigorous the better. And…well, I would just maybe do my best this upcoming year, get a little more rigor under my belt and maybe try something new, just to spice up your app and show you’ve got a little more in you than just acting (which is great AND DON’T SUDDENLY JOIN A BUNCH OF CLUBS, they’ll know immediately that it was just for college.) That’s about as good advice as I can give, being in my situation, I’m just as clueless haha. But I wish you much luck! And you’ve definitely got a chance, so go for it! And I hope others are able to chance you as well :)
