Some applicants do get rejected in EA, but very few are CC members and even fewer post those results.

Mine is accepted to CalTech as well, published research in her junior year. 35 ACT and good course rigour with MVC and Linear Algebra completed. I think it could be for the yield issue.
Anyone planning to do LOCI? Looks like you have to send one if the application need to be considered for regular.
Just heard from my D that her friend got into math major (LSA) with 1550 SAT, OOS (CA).
