UMich ann arbor financial aid

I have been admitted and since committed to the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor. I have checked the wolverine access and it says I have no financial aid award notices. I filled out FAFSA and CSSP one month ago. I am certian I will get no need based money due to my parents income but I am hoping for merit based or any other type of scholarship.
Has anyone gotten a financial aid award notice that applied RD and has committed?
Did I screw myself over by accepting admission earlier than I needed to?

Will they at least update and notify me that I won't be recieving anything so I can quit checking or will my wolverine access financial aid page always show the same display?

Thankyou very much ahead of time for any responses to my question

Another related question I had is if I did not submit a SAT score am I ineligible for certain scholarships. (I only submitted an ACT)

Michigan is an ACT state so probably doesn’t matter that you don’t have an SAT. Many in-state kids forgo the SAT unless they are National Merit eligible. Call the finaid office and ask about your situation; it will get you the answer about scholarships probably faster than posting here. If you are planning on taking out federal direct loans it’s probably another good reason to check with finaid that your file is complete.

bump - any response would be sincerly appreciated at this point even if not knowledgable on the subject

Why bump? Momofthreeboys gave you the best advice possible. Contact the Financial Aid office at Michigan and ask about your particular case. +1 734 763 6600. Break a leg! ;)

I may have misunderstood ‘bumping’ but I was trying to indicate although I sincerly appreciated the post regarding contacting the financial aid office and I am following up on it I was still wondering if anyone had recently recieved a financial aid award notice or if they thought they had all been handed out.

We applied for financial aid in January. Got an aid award several weeks ago. It’s now revised in Wolverine Access. You have to click on the link - there is one in the left side of the page - there is a box at the right of the screen and in blue, at the left next to the box it says “Financial aid”. Click on it.

Do you have that on your Wolverine access page?
