<p>Hi everyone, </p>

<p>I applied to UMich School of Kinesiology around 3 weeks ago and was wondering what my chances were of getting in. It's my top school so fingers crossed!</p>

<p>GPA: 3.8 on a 4.0 scale, school doesn't report weighted/unweighted, also we have a very rigorous grading system with an A being 93-100</p>

<p>Went to a college prep high school in Illinois</p>

<p>ACT: 29 </p>

<p>AP classes: AP Psychology, AP English Literature and Composition, AP English Language</p>

<p>Mom is a legacy</p>

<p>Extracurriculars:
President of High School</p>

<p>300+ hours of community service at food pantry</p>

<p>Ambassadors Club</p>

<p>Spanish Club</p>

<p>Won Most Valuable Student </p>

<p>Vice President of National Business Honor Society</p>

<p>National Honor Society</p>

<p>Spanish National Honor Society</p>

<p>Mathematics Honor Society</p>

<p>Captain of the Cheer and Track Varsity teams</p>

<p>IHSA Scholar</p>

<p>Worked with Youth Conservation Corps for a summer job 40+ hours/week</p>

<p>Made it to State in track and cheerleading three times </p>

<p>I have also struggled with a bilateral hearing loss which means I am fully deaf in one ear and partially deaf in the other which I talked about in my common app additional information. </p>

<p>I would say its low for Kinesiology specifically. I think any other major you would have a decent shot of getting in but Kinesiology allows the least amount of people in. It helps with legacy but the act is low compared to your GPA. I would say Match reach.</p>
