UMich CoE chances

Hi, I'm making this chance thread just to get a general idea my admission chances. I plan on applying to the University of Michigan College of Engineering.

I am a Palestinian born in the West Bank and have lived in the USA for 15 years and I am a US citizen. I visit the West Bank every two years or so and I can speak another language besides English. Technically I'm not an URM though because Middle-Eastern is considered White.

I am a rising Senior in High school and have a 3.9 GPA unweighted. I go to a small school and am ranked 3 out of 103 kids in my class. Our school doesn't weigh GPA's and only offers two or three "advanced classes" which I took. I am taking the hardest classes we offer next year which include Calculus, Physics, and English 121 and I'm also dual enrolled at the local community college. I got a 27 on my ACT and I plan on retaking it in September. My individual scores were 30 R 29 S 28 E 21 M. I have been studying math, so I should have a higher score this time.

I've been on the Varsity Track team for three years. This is my second year in the National Honor Society where I have about 60+ volunteer hours (low, I know), I'm a Science Olympiad competitor where I took place in the Helicopter, and Design events, and I took sixth in State for a project I built in wood shop class. I attended Boys State where I served as Prosecuting Attorney and won all of my cases. What are my chances?

must raise act to 30, especially math to stand a chance. gpa and act scores are incongruent!

If you live in MI, that would be a great help…
