Thank you! Here are my stats:
HS GPA: 4.33 (waitlisted as incoming freshman)
College GPA: 4.0 (community college in MI)
EC’s: 2 jobs (tutor, pharmacy) - 35+ hours
Decent Essays
I also have legacy, which I know plays a role in their decision.
Practically all of their prereqs are in progress / planned for me; so I think it shows they really just care about you having them completed before the incoming term. Good luck to you!
Hi guys I was admitted last week into LSA here are my stats

My essays were very good.
I think umich is looking for something different and an upward trend. If you guys are reapplying I recommend being more insightful about who you are and why you want to attend.
It was 3 times for me before I got in. F20 waitlist, W22 reject, F22 accept. I also took a semester off due to family death and separate family illness. I tried but couldn’t see myself anywhere else. It’s up to you when the journey ends. Best of luck.
Hey all. Quick question. Have we seen that decisions come out basically any weekday? Or is it confirmed that transfers only see decisions on certain days? I reckon my decision will come this week but i’m not sure if there’s a specific day I should expect it… Getting really anxious.
Accepted to LSA today!
International applicant from a global T20 university. First time applying to UMich.
HS GPA: ?? no idea how to convert, but my graduation exam average was ~94%
College GPA: 3.61
SAT: 1550
I think I have 46 credits complete and 14 currently in progress.
Extracurriculars: University research project, editor of student publication, VP of a club, a scholarship, a couple of good summer internships
Letters of Recommendation: 3, all excellent
Essays were not special imo.
Not aerospace, but I applied to CoE. I don’t think anyone in this forum applied to aerospace, to be honest (at least I don’t know of anyone). I haven’t heard back yet. Feeling like if they take any longer than this week they’re probably on the fence about us.
I ask their AO one week ago, they told me that they will make a disicion out at April 1st. And then, I ask them today, they told me that I should wait until mid April. T-T
Oh no! Won’t lots of first-year applicants see their decision tomorrow? I wonder if ours will come out tomorrow too… Mid-April, though? I can’t take it anymore…
I can imagine the majority has heard back by now, especially since the March 31st date for financial aid has past and orientation sign up links should be going out this week or next
Yeah, it does seem like at least most people here have heard back. However, I feel like this forum is comprised mostly of LSA applicants. Not too many CoE applicants, so I don’t know if my decision is truly that delayed or not. My girlfriend’s relative is a CoE first-year applicant (so not really the same) and they have not heard back yet. Strange, I suppose.
