Hi,
How do I calculate my UMich GPA? I searched everywhere for it...
Thanks,
airbear87123

take the pluses and minuses off you letter grade.
a=4.0
b=3.0
c=2.0
d=1.0

average only your core classes of your sophmore and junior years and there you got it.

i too have a couple questions. i took computer programming last year for visual basic, this counts toward my UMich GPA right?

also, this year for AP Chem i have a double period (2 periods per day) does that get averaged into my UMich GPA twice or just once?

Thanks for the info. Since honors and AP classes aren't weighted, the highest UMich GPA would be a 4.0, right?

yes, highest is 4.0

submachine, i only this science, social studies, math, english and foreign language count. and its on a class basis, so i don't think you count chem twice.

that sucks because i only have 5 core classes year (opposed to 6 last year) and i need to boost my gpa

are you sure about the computer programming class? a few people say it counts, and others say it doesn't and i was just curious because i need that class because i got an A in it, lol

Dude, relax, its out of your control, you will be fine.
