I was born and raised in NY but decided to attend the University of Michigan, College of Literature, Arts, and Sciences as an Honors student this fall. I am looking to transfer for Fall 2012 to Cooper Union (Engineering or Architecture). At the end of junior year of high school I had a 3.86 UW GPA, a 2100 SAT, 770 BIO SAT II, 5 AP BIO, 4 AP EURO, National Honor Society, Spanish Honor Society, Varsity Track and Field, Varsity Volleyball. I had 70+ volunteering hours, 2 summer engineering internships, 1 blog writing internship. Currently I am a paid blog writer at a different website. After senior year of high school my UW GPA fell to 3.80 due to senioritis. Only respectable AP score was 3 for AP GOV. Currently taking 14 credit hours at UMich as an Honors student. I will be participating in at least 2 student organized clubs. Provided my essays and instructor evaluations are solid, what are my chances at transferring from UMich to Cooper Union?
