Does anyone know the profile of students to LSA Honors college? My son has 2170 in SAT ansd 3.91 GPA. He got accepted in UMICH LSA but has not received a invite yet. Would he qualify?
Also, does anyone know if the workload of honors courses?
My son is refusing to apply and I think he should. I think it will help make the large school more initimate and also help him get into Ross next year. Any thoughts?

I got a 2220 combined SAT, 3.88 unweighted and I was invited to apply.
Check your email, maybe it’s there.

They say they invite everyone with a 32+ ACT or 1400+ SAT CR+M plus 3.8+ GPA to apply, though they won’t necessarily all be accepted. I don’t think honors courses are more work, but they are more intimate and may move along at a brisker pace appropriate to the caliber of the students.
