UMich October SAT question

Hi I just applied to University of Michigan for Early Action and I sent my SAT scores yesterday 10/29. I just read that University of Michigan will only count SAT scores that arrive before 11/1. Since my scores will not arrive by then will my application be thrown away or will I be moved to regular decision?

The sat scores i sent yesterday say pending. College Board has an alert that says this:

What if the site says my score send is “pending”?
A pending score status means your scores have not yet been delivered to that institution. It is possible that this score is being sent to one of the few outstanding colleges that we are working with to resolve technical issues. We are planning to deliver scores within a timeframe that will allow those institutions to use the scores for early action/early decision applications. These colleges understand the circumstances and are working with us to resolve the issue in the best interest of students.

Will I be impacted if I’m applying with an immediate admission deadline?
With the exception of a few colleges, we anticipate that we will be able to deliver reports to meet application deadlines. For the few outstanding colleges, we are resolving technical issues and are planning to deliver scores within a timeframe that will allow the institutions to use those scores for early action/early decision applications. These colleges understand the circumstances and are working with us to resolve the issue in the best interest of students.
^^^Is Michigan one of the “few colleges” and will my application still be considered?
And if it is still considered will it be for early action???

Unless you submitted a rush report on the 29th your scores will most definitely not be sent to Michigan until 2 weeks later. So, you’re probably going to be considered a regular decision applicant at this point.

^^ I know this because I have called Michigan & Collegeboard 1000000x in the past 3 days figuring this out for myself and thankfully, it says my rush reports have sent

Talkthetalk How quickly will it be send if it was a rush report?

they say it takes 2 days but collegeboard took 6 days to send mine.

same with me, took CB around 5 days to send mine.

5-6 days with rush?

It will be considered RD automatically. Rush score takes 2-3 business day but may take longer during prime time. So 10/29 order is not likely to make it as it is just up to 2 business days and during prime time.

CB says Rush scores are back to normal 2 (business) days…

So while my other schools say pending, Michigan says “Sent November 2nd”…is all hope lost for early action?

Check your application status on WA to see if you are qualified for EA or not.

what’s WA?

How do we know if we’re qualified for early action? WA appears to show that everything made it in, but I’m not positive.
