UMich Transfer? Good chance? No Chance?

Did really terrible in high school.
GPA: 3.16/ 3.29 weighted
ACT: 23
Not many EC's. I was in choir 4 years.

I had an upward trend in grades in high school (last two years ~3.7-4.1) and explained in an essay that I was bullied and it lead me to fail in school.

I am now a sophomore at WMU.
GPA: 3.875
EC's: Hospital volunteer, soloist in a capella group, member in AMSA, student in Honors College, invited to national honors society, sales associate at Old Navy.
31 credits completed

KVCC: (summer semester)
GPA: 4.0
5 credits completed

right now I am applying with only 36 completed credits (54 pending)
I am taking 18 credits this semester.
I have also taken Spanish classes since I began college, and I am now in 3000 level spanish (taking 2 this semester)

Chances? Good? Terrible? Be honest! Thanks!

Also, I did send in 3 letters of recommendation (1 from HS teacher, and 2 from WMU professors) and I also added an additional essay about my German foreign exchange student! Hopefully that will help! Idk though

I’d say you got a chance but its still a pretty low chance! Work on your GPA this year because that will be the deciding factor! Chance me back please!

Even with 54 pending credits? I’m just worried because I know they don’t accept more than 60 credits, so if I were denied, my last semester this year would only be 6 credits… :(

Anyone???
