Has anyone who applied to UMich for transfers heard back? Which school?

I applied the last week of 2005 to LSA and was accepted first week of Feb. for the Summer term, so it didn't really take too long.

I applied to kines for sports management and they said everyone that applied to that would hear next week.

Hey MJB4431, what college do you go to know and what are your stats there?

how come ross applicants hear back so late? i have to wait til 7/31 :T

Ross is in the midst of BBA applications and MBA applications, and this year they have to squeeze reading the apps from the scores of students who applied to Ross for Preferred Admits. I had to speak to someone in admissions over there the other day, and she said things are crazy over there right now. Transfers must just be a lower priority!

This is it? There has to be more people.

Umich gets over 2000 transfer apps for each fall--I suspect this isn't a place a lot of them think of, though, since it is dominated by students applying as first-time freshmen.

hoedown, you seem to know quite a lot about UMich transfer admissions, do you happen to know anything about transferring to college of engineering?

currently at MSU, applied/accepted to LSA, 3.88 GPA

Nope, and actually I don't know a lot about transfer admissions. That tends to be handled by the admissions office and/or the units. Engineering transfer admissions is pretty much done by Engineering.

Ahh, thanks anyway

Can anyone who knows anything about U of M please tell me what my chances are!!!! I NEEEEEED this!!! Thank you so much.
