What are my chances of getting into: Michigan (EA) , Chicago (EA) , Notre Dame, Georgetown (EA) and Washington University in St. Louis

3.83 unweighted gpa
Top 7% / 3000 people in class

ACT 31 English 31 Math 30 Reading 33 Science 28

Class President
JV Tennis Captain
Eagle Scout
Debate Team
Working 25 hours a week

AP: US History 5, Human Geography 5, Macroeconomics 4, English Language 4, US Government 4, Calculus BC 3, Art History 3

Senior Classes: AP Psychology, AP English Literature, AP Statistics, AP European History, AP Environmental Science

EA = Early Action

well you certainly have taken a lot of ap’s but your the fact that you only have 2 5’s will hurt. and while your act is good it’s not great, and it probably won’t cut it at most of the schools you listed.

michigan- low reach
chicago- high reach
notre dame- don’t know enough to chance notre dame
georgetown- high reach
wustl- mid reach

i don’t know about ea for each school

OK, for starters I’m thinking your top 7% in a class of 300, not 3000.

Michigan - 50th%-tile GPA, 75th% ACT - In-State=Match, OOS = Reach
Chicago - 50th%-tile GPA & ACT, - Reach
Notre Dame - 50th%-tile GPA (at best), 25th%-tile ACT - Big Reach
Georgetown - GPA %tile unknown, ACT 50th% - Reach/Big Reach
WUSTL - GPA unknown, ACT 25th%-tile - Big Reach

Add some safeties.

I’d say most of your schools are reaches, especially Georgetown, but if you apply EA then the admissions qualifications may be eased a bit for you. A word of advice, Georgetown’s EA policy states that if you apply EA to Georgetown, you may NOT apply EA or ED to any other school. It works similar to Stanford and Yale’s SCEA policy, except it’s just not included in the name.

out of all of ur schools I think Michigan’s your best chance and Washington is ur lowest. If you look on Collegeboard, Michigan has the lowest standards out of all of these

Might look at Holy Cross.

LOL JV captain…you might want to leave that part out of your application…
