UMich vs UCLA double major Math + CS

I intend to double major in math and CS in college; I am having a difficult time choosing between UMich and UCLA for this.
At UCLA I have been admitted to the College of Letters and Science for Pre-mathematics, and at UMich to LSA. I have been comparing these colleges on the basis of several factors including social life, housing, climate, food and so on. However, I am having difficulty comparing them on the most important criteria: academics. Further, I have NOT been able to determine how difficult it is to be approved by the engineering department at UCLA to take up CS as a double major. Are there any stats for this?

Any help in making a choice between these two would be of great help! Thanks.

Not sure about UCLA, it is hard to get into CS at UCB though. It is not a concern at UMich at least as of now. You probably should post this in the UCLA forum instead.

UCLA is extremely hard to get into CS, let alone get approved to double major. UMich is easier but they are planning on switching to the lottery/stats system like UCSD in a couple years due to too many people wanting to take/transfer into CS
