Umichigan vs UMinnesota vs Purdue vs BU vs UWMadison for Engineering

Which one to choose for undergraduate undecided/undeclared engineering? I am international for all. Costs Umichigan - 260K, UW - 240K, Purdue - 200K, UMinnesota - 150K, BU - 300K. Though Cost is not a factor, but what’s the use in wasting it? I can put it for opening business or grad school maybe? My interest is in Physics, MetarialsE, ElectricE, MechaE, AI, Robotics, Genetics, and Research. Willing to take triple/double/dual majors with minors, if possible. Even 5 years for graduation is okay with me.
University of Michigan - Ann Arbor vs University of Wisconsin Madison vs Purdue University vs University of Minnesota - Twin Cities vs Boston University?

Not that familiar with Boston University, but the four public ones start you as undeclared engineering (except that Wisconsin may directly admit you to a major), but they differ in how difficult it is to declare a major (or stay in the major at Wisconsin):

Michigan: 2.0 GPA, C grades: https://advising.engin.umich.edu/declaring-or-changing-major/
Minnesota: 3.2 GPA assures admission to major, otherwise some majors may be competitive: http://www.advising.cse.umn.edu/cgi-bin/courses/noauth/apply-major-statistics
Purdue: competitive: https://engineering.purdue.edu/ENE/Academics/FirstYear/T2M
Wisconsin: progression GPA requirement depends on major: https://www.engr.wisc.edu/academics/student-services/academic-advising/first-year-undergraduate-students/progression-requirements/

Purely based on getting into / staying in an engineering major, the general reputation for engineering, and the price, it looks like Minnesota and Michigan are the more favorable choices. Purdue and Wisconsin are less favorable than Minnesota for both price and getting into / staying in an engineering major. Boston University just looks expensive.

Thank you for your reply.

I am not really worrying about GPA.
I can not decide between UMichigan and UMinnesota.
Also, for grad school or Undergraduate Transfer, will UMinnesota bachelor be in disadvantage in applied to unis like Stanford?
Kindly share your opinion, what would you do if you were in my shoes?
