UMKC accelerate med chances?

I've wanted to go to this program ever since I found out about it. The problem is that I don't think I will make the cut. I'm going to apply, but I want a realistic view before I get my hopes up too high.

Stats:
Well, I have a 4.0 (cummulative/unweighted) or a 4.3 (cummulative/weighted).
I'm in a few clubs; French Club, German Club (pres.), NHS (vp), Ambassadors.
I job shadow at the hospital, I've been doing it for about six months.
I went to Girls' State.
I went to a science camp the summer after my freshman year. It was really prestigious, only 30 kids in the whole state were accepted.
I'll take only two AP classes next year, but they are the only APs my school offers. They are English and biology.
To make up for lack of APs, I took dual credit classes; Calculus I, Calculus II(next year), US History, Trig, Statistics and College Algebra.
I've taken and am taking a lot of science. I took A&P, biology (insignificant, I know) and Chemistry I and II. Next year I'm taking Physics and as I said AP Bio. I will also assist in the A&P lab.
I'm going to do debate next year(not pusposely for my app, but just because I want to).
I'm was on the Academic All-star team, my freshman year.
I have placed 1st and 3rd in state in German.
I have placed 2nd in French (hoping to do better next year).
I got 4th in Science Olympiad for A&P as well.

The biggest bummer is my ACT. I'm going to take it again, but right now I only have a 30.

I'm also third in my class, though I was told I wouldn't even make it into the top 10%, which at my school is the top 16.

To me it doesn't seem good enough. I didn't start taking hard classes until last year. I mean I didn't take easy classes before, they just weren't hard either.

I can't think of anything that would make me stand out. My friends say my dads job is unique, but there are a lot of kids like me. My dad is in the Airforce and I lived in Germany and Italy. I speak both languages fairly well, but I'm not fluent. I moved twice my sophomre year, and I have never stayed in one place for more than 4 years. Would that make me stand out? It just doesn't seem different to me.

I'm also in-state. My family is from Missouri, it's not just because we are stationed here.

And also, my cousin went to the program. I don't really know her because I've never been around, but would it be helpful for her to write a recommendation?
