It's so weird to hear people complaining about the cold. I've lived in the northeast for my whole life and it doesn't bother me at all. 25 degrees in January - I love it. But if you live in Florida or Cali and haven't witnessed temps below 50, wow you will be woken up in a brutal way.

Cold? huh? what? C-O-L-D? what? 30? cold? sorry i don't see the connection...

Speaking of weather, anyone think that OAers will get some fallout from Katrina during their trip? That would not be so much fun.

no way. Katrina will be out of here by thursday.

yep, I think it's hardly being classified as a hurricane anymore.

Can I just check - the warmest thing the OA equip list suggested was a fleece/sweater. Am I reading that correctly? I won't need to bring one of those fat down puffy jacket things on the trip, right?

oh my god no. save that for january.

"oh my god no" --> hahahah. okie thanks.

Well I've lived in the Northeast for 10 years and I still complain about the cold :p (And before that I lived in the Northeast...of China, so I still had cold winters. Bahh still dont' like them)

I've arrived in Jersey! ...And it's all rainy. Boo. Hopefully it'll all be gone by Sunday.

haha the weather was great for the whole week. it has only been rainy since yesterday

The remnants of the hurricane perhaps?
I'm in Maineee

Hmm, the weather's nice today, so it was probably just a hurricane fart or something. Actually, now it's HOT.

hot! fantastic. I need to be weaned off sun. slowly.

I don't wanna see the sun go bye-bye :(
