<p>So anyways, I was applying the other night (transfer) and I went to submit my app. Clicked submit, filled in my debit card info, clicked ok, and nothing happened. I got an email saying it didn't go through. </p>
<p>I realized I put in the wrong zip code, tried again, presto.</p>
<p>To make a long story, I checked my debit card balance this morning and, as it turns out, they charged me 3 times for a combined $180. (Where the third time came from, I don't know.)</p>
<p>Who do I contact to clear this up? Will UVa reimburse me?</p>
