here's an international student who is worrying about having met the scholarship deadline.
I submitted my application on 30th November, but since then I got no feedback, only a short submitted message. Also, my credit card hasn't been charged yet, because I hadn'T enter any credit card code or anything like that.
My problem is that nobody@USC had replied to me, due to their big traffic load.
Currently the website states:
Undergraduate Application (Part II, Fall 2010)
We are unable to process the status of your application at this time. Please try again later, or Contact Us with any questions or concerns you might have.</p>
<p>I also submitted my application that day (I’m a domestic applicant) and I have the same message. They probably just have to sort a large amount of applications.</p>

My creditcard hasn’t been charged, so I wonder, whether USC can process my application</p>
<p>Oh I definitely paid, but I’m not sure if my mom’s credit card has been charged…</p>
<p>Also, I should add that I’m a RHP applicant if that changes anything.</p>
