<p>My S is unable to upload essays to the supplements for the colleges he's applying to. We've tried .doc, .docx, and .pdf file formats. Is anyone else having this problem? Is there a solution?</p>
<p>Yes I had the same problem. I use Firefox as my web browser. It didn’t work on that. So I simply used Internet Explorer and it worked. Try again and then try another web browser. Double check to see if it’s in the right format as well.</p>
<p>If the essays are even 1 character too long, they will not upload. Try shortening them.</p>
<p>My son had the same problem with loading an docx file but he would log off and and log back in and then it would work; however, he still continued to have problems in other areas so he shut-down the computer and started fresh. It worked great. Hope it helps for you.</p>
