Unavailable Scores By Phone!

Hey,

Anyone get that message or have gotten that message in the past? I took it on the day of the test (no late or anything), but they can not locate my records. Should I be worried? Customer rep not open till monday... and did anyone call by any chance? thanks!

Yep, they couldn't find an indication of my Lit score.
When I called yesterday, the guy read out the list of all the tests I have ever taken... minus my Lit test. I insisted I had taken the test and he put me on hold. When he came back, he said that 15 percent of the tests hadn't been scored yet and I should check back in a week. That still doesn't explain why they have no indication of my taking the test! He then insisted that a record of my Lit test was there, even though he had previously not read out that test.
So basically, frick.

I'm having the same problem! I know my AP number and birthday are 100% correct, but it keeps telling me that my record can't be found. What's going on? They said scores would be available by July 1st!

Im really... worried.... does anyone know how this can happen? Has CB ever "lost" tests?

They entered in my birthdate in their data base incorrectly. It was 10 not 01. Which is why collegeboard sucks

truazn ...dont worry... u ll get them....CB can get a bit lazy sometimes (had to wait like 1-2 Days b4 getting my SAT II Scores) ....lol..

is that possible?

I'm sure it's possible - the booklets could get lost in the mail or something.

I have had the same problem over the past few days and I am still waiting. Now the messages is saying to wait a week. If I don't have them by Monday they can forget about my $8 because they're not getting it. Thankfully, this is my last experience with the collegeboard.

Finds AP test booklet..

We had the same problem-- the SS# and birthdate were correct, but I was told there was "no record". I called the phone number as directed (it's at the end of the message asking if you are sure you had the correct #'s) and talked to someone in person. At first they said they couldn't find anything for my son, and I tried not to panic....It took a little while, but they checked the database again (by birthdate, high school code, phone number, etc) and were able to locate the records. Using the AP # (which I didn't have previously) I was able to get his scores on the automated system immediately afterwards. Thank goodness. They should be open Monday morning at 7 a.m.

Wow willsmom, thank you so very much! I feel a little better now. I was just worried they lost my test or I did so horrible they felt the need to recheck it or something. I guess it might be a bubble/database mistake then. Now all i have to do is not sleep till monday 8.am... well 11.a.m EST

collegeboard would NEVER do that....
more like u did so GOOD that they figured they need to recheck it...

don't worry that much about it.
it is a computer and computers arent perfect.
if you followed the instructions during the test, you will definitely get your scores in the mail or in the worst case scenario a refund.

also note that AP Lit takes a longer time to grade since several people have to read the essays and think about them rather than just check off boxes on a rubric like on AP Bio and AP Env.

truazn8948532: My daughter was getting the same message on Wednesday (especially tough since her brother's scores were available). I called Thursday morning and was told by the Customer Rep that he had no record either. Thursday afternoon the message was they found her record, but no scores were available and call back in a week. I tried this morning and her scores were up. Perhaps making a phone call to the Customer Service rep on Monday may help. Good luck.

I had trouble this morning getting my son's scores with his SSN. The message said call the phone #. I then tried his AP # and it worked immediately.

Mine are still unavailable. :( What about everyone else here?

All of my scores are available except my Phys B makeup exam..

I got my score report today by mail...How did that happen??

^seriously? They are all ready mailed and I can't even get mine by phone?

I got my score report today by mail. This includes my Lit score... it seems like they might be done with them now. Best of luck!
