Duke is a much more complete experience for undergraduates. You have to think about the fact that you are going to be spending your next four years at the school you choose. Duke has an excellent program. Plus you got aid. This is your chance to explore America and have a great time, why the heck would you not choose Duke??

A serious thanks for the warning, but I think I'm pretty sure on ECE and CS :) Again, thanx for your concerns

About aid at Duke, seems like Duke will cost me 80-90K's less, if I factor in increasing tuition and fees.

I havent made my final decision yet, I'll discuss it with my parents tonight and I guess I'll have to decide tonight :o

Thank you ppl for your valuable opinions.

I've decided to go to Duke and save 80K :D

Congrats hello! =) Duke is an AMAZING school!

Good luck with duke!

duke for ECE and CS? but being more prestigious and somehow also cheaper, great decision! (also a more well-rounded place)

Congrats :D

founded in the 17th century? its not that “ancient”. Founded 200 years later in 1865

This thread is “ancient”, though. How did you even find this!? It’s from 2005! O_O
