The answer is yes. Paying for enrollment and or deferring enrollment payment has been the main topic on this board for the last week. Just take a look at the numerous post.

@johnpfc3 Yes, but I think it is because they consider our “year” as 2018, not 2017. I received an email from finaid this morning about an unrelated issue and they said the only thing missing on my account was my verification of non-filing. Is there any chance you applied last year?

For anyone who ordered a cci laptop with a grant, did you need a discount code or did you purchase the laptop with your credit card info knowing that they will only charge you the difference?
I have yet to get a transfer evaluation. Has anyone else still not gotten theirs? This is become increasingly frustrating. My department has never picked up the phone or returned my call.
where you can you view your GPA? - based on the transfer courses accepted (basically want to know what my starting GPA is going to be).
Transfer credit doesn’t count toward GPA. You’re GPA is a 0 until you take UNC classes @coleman4
how long did it take to get your transfer eval?
I got mine via email the same day as the acceptances went out but it didn’t show in my online record until about 2 days after paying the enrollment fee. I also emailed a couple times because I needed that credit to show so I could enroll in classes that had pre-reqs (that I satisfied from my transfer credit).
@mcreallly I never received an official transfer elevation by email. My transfer credit just appeared in Connect Carolina under transfer credit report.
