<p>How many applied and # of slots open?</p>
<p>At Scholarship Day. they said 24000+ applied and 6900 were accepted. I do not know what number they expect to enroll though.</p>
<p>the admission rate is around 30-35%. Since they give preference to in staters (jerks lol) the rate for them is 50% while us OOS ppl are around 20%</p>
<p>according to the NY Times the acceptance rate was 29.38% this year.</p>
