mine also says i’m not eligible (oos)
Same for us too. OOS
Ha ha, so they basically said what we already knew, Jan 31 or before.
Search on google UNC find PID. All applicants are assigned a PID, they just don’t put it on the app status portal.
Can you find it if they don’t have your social security number?
I would think they would have ssn. My daughter did common app and I think it was on there. But honestly, I don’t remember.
No, to get it you need to put the last 6 in.
We got it. Thanks for the info @classof23431
Does yours say that this user is not eligible to create an onyen?
Thanks. It was optional and I don’t think he put it in so they don’t have it. We are OOS so UNC is a huge reach anyway.
Yes, that’s what it says.
Dean J just did a live Q and A and said uva absolutely will not be posting decisions tomorrow and that she will give advanced warning a day or two before they do indeed post them.
is this something we need to do? is it affecting our admission chance if we don’t? is it necessary to get your decision?
I don’t see a reason to get the onyen if we aren’t admitted, but am I missing something?
A couple years ago it was part of the portal astrology. Only admitted students can create an Onyen. My son tried the day decisions came out, couldn’t create one, was rejected (out of state). UNC doesn’t defer.
she’s the best
I tried it for my D23 for “astrology” sake Says user is not eligible for an Onyen. Pairs well with her OOS chances.
Mine is oos too. I’ve prepared her for 92% denial rate (and waitlist is essentially a rejection for oos). But it’s her top choice
Seriously, she is! I’m so impressed with the transparency of the uva admissions office.
No, it’s not something that needs to be done. It’s just people trying to find out if they got in right before decisions are released. But who knows if/when it will work this year.
I know on NCSU EA page some are seeing “withdraw my application” link disappear from the portals. Is that still showing on everyone’s UNC portals? Was that removed last year before decisions were posted for those that were admitted?
