If anyone thinks I can do anything to improve my chances please let me know, I definitely could use the criteria. I know my high school grades were awful but I've really turned it around these first years in college so I am hoping it won't weigh to much on their decision.

My essay was very personal and very strong which I’m hoping pulls through! UNC is my number one (I still have a couple other stragglers to hear from), but I was accepted to: Loyola NO, University of Alabama, UT, University of South Carolina, UNCW, Elon, and NCSU. Any insight as to my chances?

Hi! currently I’m attending community college since I didn’t get accepted by unc chapel hill… I have a 13 credits so far… and I like to transfer to UNC in spring of 2011.
I’m going to take 5 classes in fall semester… so
it will be 33 credits…
ok, my high school GPA was 3.89 unweighted and 3.2 weighted…
I took AP Calculus in highschool and got credit from it.
My SAT score is reading 550 writing 600 math 700

Is it possible to transfer to unc by next spring??
oh and when is due date for spring semester transfer?
Thank you!

thinkeasy, unc only allows fall transfers. So unless you can talk to the dean or something you would have to either choose fall 2010 semester or fall 2011 semester
