I got accepted into both schools and am seriously torn between the two. I was accepted into the Environmental Sciences program for both. I was leaning towards NC State because after visiting both campuses I liked State more, I liked the student body more (UNC seemed really uppity) and I want to try to CODA into Environmental Engineering. I was also told by several people that attended both that their time at NC State was much more enjoyable than their time at Chapel Hill. I am also interested in Environmental Toxicology; I believe UNC has a Toxicology program, and State has a minor in Environmental Toxicology. Would it be better to go to State and get a major in Environmental Engineering and a minor in Environmental Toxicology and possibly go to UNC for a postgrad degree in Toxicology, or would it be better to just skip NC State and go to UNC for Toxicology and Environmental Sciences?
