UNC Chapel Hill, UCLA, Stanford - Chance me

Hey! I'm a rising senior from California. I want to apply to a lot of schools (HYP, Vanderbilt, UCSB, USC, Wake Forest, Pepperdine, and my safety school -SDSU-) but my top three are UNC Chapel Hill, UCLA, and Stanford. I've decided that I'm going to apply SCEA to Stanford and EA to UNC. I would like to know what you guys think of my chances at my top three schools mainly, but my other schools as well. My stats are as follows:

ACT: 31 {33 English 30 Math 33 Writing 28 Science 8 Essay} (taking one more time for a 33+)
SAT II: 620 in Biology, and 610 in Math II (Not s o good but I plan on retaking them after actually studying and I expect high 700's in both)
UW GPA: 3.98 (I've only ever gotten one B, every other grade has been A/A+)
W GPA: 4.35 (I have taken the most advanced classes I've been offered
Rank: My school does not rank
State: CA
School Type: I go to a very well known charter school
Hook: I'm first generation! (My mother has an associates degree from a CC but most colleges [I've looked!] still consider me first generation)

Extra Curricular's: Four years of varsity softball (captain my junior year and most likely my senior year as well), two years of JV volleyball (next year I'll be on varsity), three years of ASB, four years of Model United Nations (I started in a leadership position last year and I'll be in one next year), I play competitive travel softball throughout the year, and I'm going into my sixth year as a member of a local mother/daughter philanthropic organization where I have racked up 1000+ community service hours and helped raise $100,000+ for local charities. I also took guitar and singing lessons for two years before stopping to pursue softball.

Special Awards: I got National Merit Scholar Commendation (they allow you to send your scores and information to two schools and I chose UNC and USC), I was nominated for the Harvard Prize book at my school (which is basically like saying you would be ranked #1 if we ranked), I received the Gordon Fellow's leadership in Engineering award at UCSD, and I have received the California's legislatures highest volunteer hours in my grade level three times through the mother/daughter organization I'm a part of.

Summer Activities: Last year I participated in COSMOS at UCSD, and every summer I go to Hume Lake Christian Camp.

Recommendations: I'm sure I'll get excellent letter of rec's.

Essays: I predict my essay's will be excellent, I'm starting know and working with a paid college advisor on them.

I don't think I missed anything! Thank you for your time and I appreciate your honesty!

SDSU is like the best safety school. No matter what you can be happy there.
Pepperdine will be know problem as far as your stats go.

I recommend boosting the SAT II’s to at least 680
Your Ec’s are okay, but still UCLA & Stanford are a reach. UNC I really think might be possible.

I think you should consider UCSD. I think you would have a good chance with your summer activities and stats.
