If it like EA, my guess is no. If you are invited then you are accepted.

I got an email and then I checked my portal.
Much more than I was expecting as an OOS student, makes going here a real possibility.
My daughter’s FA link also went live. It was spot on what the net price calculator said it would be. We are in state.
OOS - aid is up. Right on the money with the calculator also. Very Pleased.

We are in state and got “loan”, not that expected more, but still disappointed. UNC is only school that my daughter didn’t get any merit $$.
Ditto ITBgirl, was she invited to Scholarship Day? We were not, thought we had a shot but guess the stats just weren’t there (she had good/not great stats, but her EC’s and essays were really good).
@NCrent , no she was not invited to scholarship day or HC, (ACT 32, and she is in IB program) but again, I didn’t really expect $$ from UNC but it does make her feel more wanted at the other schools. (See my post “crazy not to go to CH”)
Does anyone know how (mail or online) and when RD information is available?
On the blog it says RD applicants will know decision by the end of March (doesn’t really go into detail exactly when and how). I would say we should know within the next week and a half or so.
Does admissions email you to check your status or will they randomly update Connect Carolina?
Anyone hearing about possible admission notification date/time? It has to be soon.
