Waitlisted OOS. Anyone know approx. how good of a chance I have to get in off the waitlist? I think I really want to go here.
Edit (stats btw): 3.8 UW GPA, 2170 SAT, very impressive ECs (and I’m a sports writer which I thought UNC would have enjoyed!) and also first-gen and lower middle
can’t be too mad about the decision though… picked UNC to win the NCAA tourney and I already won my march madness bracket hahaha
Rejected OOS. I got rejected from nearly all the schools I applied to, and well, I think I already passed the point to where i just don’t care about colleges anymore…Congrats to those who got in!
Waitlisted OOS after EA deferral, accepted my spot on waitlist… I’ve previously been waitlisted at WashU and am really hoping one of these schools gives me a chance, preferably UNC. I like how they ask for a final transcript, as my grades now are WAY better than the beginning of the year since we had a long-term sub for AP Physics … 2020 SATs 34 ACT and I don’t know how to covert my GPA but it is a 97.12 weighted 10/10 ECs no hooks at all
Waitlisted oos with 3.89 uw, 4.65 w, and 2240 SAT. Congrats to those accepted, and my sympathies for those rejected. Anyone know the acceptance rate for waitlist?
OOS rejected. 34 act 3.7 UW GPA. All these other rejected applicants are “settling” for Ucla and UMich it seems. Meanwhile I get to look forward to UCSB. Joy. I thought I wrote a very strong essay but I guess not.
In state weightlisted. UW 3.8 W 4.7, 11/264 class rank, low SAT with 1850, but tons of EC, including two UNC science programs I applied into, and 5 honor societies. ); congrats to those accepted tho
