i wonder if the state you are from can impact your decision for out of state? like in michigan, no one applies to unc so maybe there are more acceptances in my state?

Accepted, OOS. 35 ACT (11 of 12 writing), 4.0 UW gpa, National Merit semi finalist, 12 APs, 5’s on all AP tests, and just received email on US Presidential Scholar nominee (don’t really know much about this).
