UNC doesn't have my major? vs. Vandy

I was accepted to UNC-CH Early Action (Honors) and I love absolutely everything about the school: The vibe, the campus, the people, the sports, the colors. Everything except they don't have my major: Neuroscience. I've been accepted to Vanderbilt which does have Neuroscience, but I don't like it nearly as much as UNC, I was wondering what yall suggest as far as this goes.

I just find it upsetting that the oldest school in the country and with such prestige, doesn't have this modern, quickly expanding field of study.

Also if anyone out there can tell me about Neuroscience classes and opportunities available at UNC, I'd love your feedback.

Neuroscience is an interdisciplinary field. My aunt works for a graduate department in neuroscience and most of the applicants majored in a related science (biology/chemistry/psychology). Just something to keep in mind if you intend on pursuing grad school.
