that’s true, UGA had announced their release date in Nov. so i had been checking the portal all day with no notable changes until decisions were released… so it could be the same for UNC!

Not a definite, but usually (what’s usual about this year?) NC State and UNC release decisions with a day of each other. Maybe something soon from Carolina? Youngest son has applied to both, in state…waiting.

I would not bother Admissions.

Carolina and State like to release decisions late on Friday afternoons or early Saturday morning while the admissions office is soon to close, or closed. Cuts down on the phone calls. This weekend is a good possibility. If not, you know it’s coming next weekend.

last year someone called admissions on the day it came out and admissions told them that it would be the next week, even though it actually happened that same day. so calling wouldn’t do much.

Guys i tried callig just now. The admissions office had a message and said they were currently in a staff meeting and can not take calls right now…
